How to Prepare
Preparing for a distance healing session is beautifully simple.
Choose a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed for the 45‑minute session.
For Reiki, you may like to create a soft atmosphere with incense or an essential‑oil diffuser, and gentle background music.
With Pellowah, the space is kept neutral — no scents, no music, just stillness.
With both modalities, an eye pillow is recommended to help you settle.
You’re welcome to set a simple intention for your session, but it’s equally okay to arrive with no agenda and simply receive.
Then lie down, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be open to the healing energy.

What to Expect
Sensations vary from person to person — warmth, tingling, images, colours, deep rest, or sometimes nothing at all — and every experience is perfectly valid.
After your session, take a moment to ground yourself with water, slow movement, or quiet reflection as your system integrates the work. Trust your body's rhythm and allow any changes to settle naturally.
